Why am I fundraising for my trip?

Who is NASCA and what do they do?

NASCA is a 100% Indigenous-led organisation working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people, helping them to attend and complete school and build pathways post-school.

NASCA has been around for 28 years and has supported more than 17,000 young people. NASCA is in over 18 schools across New South Wales and works in nine remote communities in the Northern Territory.

NASCA has been working with communities in the Northern Territory since 2005, starting in Papunya, Ntaria and Yuelamu. In 2015 they expanded to Haasts Bluff, Ali Curung and Laramba. In 2017, NASCA began to work in Canteen Creek and Wutungurra (Epenarra). In 2018, Ti Tree was added to the list to make up nine communities in total.
